  • Billfire will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Client or Customer data except as provided in the Billfire Master Services Agreement, or as may be required by law.

  • Individual records of Client or Customer Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the Billfire Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law.

  • Clients may designate authorized users to use Billfire to process financial information. These authorized users may enter personally identifiable information on behalf of the Client. Billfire will use this information for the purposes of verifying identity and providing enrolled services.

  • When you visit Billfire, we send one or more cookies, a small file containing a string of characters, to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including storing user preferences, improving search results and ad selection, and tracking user trends, such as how visitors and customers use Billfire. We also use cookies in advertising services to help advertisers and publishers serve and manage ads across the web.

  • If you do not accept cookies from Billfire, you will not be able to use our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.

Billfire respects the privacy preferences clients and site visitors and offers options to control contact and disclosure of information.

  • We provide individuals with the opportunity to opt out of receiving Billfire promotional e-mails and updates about new Billfire products and services; place themselves on our company's internal Do Not Call list should they no longer wish to receive telemarketing calls; and place themselves on our company's internal Do Not Mail list should they no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional mailers.

  • We may continue to send you transactional or service-related e-mails despite your desire to not receive promotional or marketing e-mail messages, telemarketing calls, or marketing mailers.
