More than 20 years ago, Billfire was founded with a single mission – to transform the way A/R teams operate.

Our journey into payments and A/R automation began with a simple workflow solution. Leveraging our expertise in data connectivity, we built a tool that integrated with diverse data sets to automate statement distribution to multiple parties through multiple methods (email, fax, web).

Over the years, we’ve worked side-by-side with A/R departments of all types and sizes, acquiring deep expertise in the challenges A/R professionals face each day.

What did we learn? The issues that plague A/R professionals go far beyond statements.

 
 

One Solution to Address All A/R Challenges

Today, VALET has grown into a comprehensive, full-featured solution for the entire spectrum of A/R issues – automating everything from invoicing and statements, through payments, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.

We continuously extend our solution to meet evolving customer needs. Its original server-based architecture has given way to a more agile and flexible cloud infrastructure. And with the increasing need to protect financial information, we’ve made data security a top priority, exceeding industry standards.

While most early Billfire customers were restaurant supply and food services vendors, we soon recognized that we could help suppliers and distributors across multiple industries – particularly those that can benefit from mobile payment functionality.

Our current customer base is diverse, with companies in construction and building materials, agriculture and farming supply, auto parts, electrical components, HVAC and plumbing supply, and more.
